No. You commit a quantity at the current tier price. Payment is collected only if the pool reaches activation by the deadline — then you pay the price that was unlocked.

If it doesn’t reach the activation quantity by the deadline, nothing is charged and the order simply doesn’t run. You’re never on the hook for a pool that fails to close.

Your order is combined with everyone else’s into a single factory order. Consolidated volume unlocks manufacturer tier pricing a small standalone order can’t reach.
